Responsibilities: - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand - Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas - Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition - Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars - Sweep or scrub floors - Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas - Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment Qualifications: - Previous experience in a hotel, catering, or hospitality setting is preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling procedures is a plus - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness - Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction from supervisors - Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary Note: This position may also involve assisting with bussing tables and other kitchen duties as needed.
